This is actually a damaged original vintage vinyl Playset Figure from the Louis Marx Toy Company's Super Circus Playset. The little crying boy was originally attached to an adult man, father figure. It is a fairly common break. We do not currently have the "man figure" he was attached to, however, we cannot bring ourselves to throw him out.
Condition: damaged, no discoloration.
Professionally repackaged original figure in excellent condition.
