The Standing General with outstretched left arm is missing his pistol from his right hand and about half of his dangling sword blade.
The Standing Officer with the outstretched right arm is missing his sword.
The Guidon (flag) bearer's flag is missing from the hand up. It looks like he is using a walking stick.
The Prone Soldier, the Running Soldier, and the Standing Rifle Aiming Soldier are all missing their rifle tips from their left hand forward.
The Marching Soldier with rifle at right shoulder is missing his bayonet tip.
The Canon Plunding Soldier is missing both ends of his plunger.
